Before you book
Is the in-home estimate really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. You get samples, measurements and a written price whether or not you move forward.
What does the price include?
Product, underlayment, removal and haul-away of existing flooring, standard furniture moving, basic prep, trim and transitions, installation and cleanup. Anything extra, such as major subfloor repair or stairs, is itemized before you sign.
How soon can you install?
In-stock products can often go in within a few days of approval. Special-order products depend on the manufacturer; we give you a firm date once material is confirmed.
Do I need to be home during installation?
For the first morning and the final walkthrough, yes. In between, many customers give us a lockbox or garage code.
LVP or hardwood?
LVP is waterproof, pet-friendly and a good fit for kitchens, basements and rentals. Hardwood adds long-term value and can be refinished. Engineered hardwood splits the difference and works over concrete slabs. We'll recommend based on your rooms, not our margin.
